How long will it take for my order to deliver? 

Orders are dispatched within the next working day of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. **Please be advised, Our courier partners may face a delay at this time due to the various degrees of COVID related restrictions across the country. How is the shipping costs on my order calcluated? 

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

What do I do if I receive damaged items? 

If you think, you have received the product in a damaged condition, please email us at mentioning your Order ID. Please do share an image of the condition in which you received the product within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

What is your shipping policy? 

The Khao Project is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders are shipped the next day or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to courier company norms. We, Pravivikta Consumer Foods LLP are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be done to the registered address of the buyer. Customers will receive emails and SMS for all order-related queries timely. Pravivikta Consumer Foods LLP only ships products in India. Currently, International Shipments are not supported.

How is my order shipped? 

Your order will be handpicked from stock held in our refrigerated warehouse. It will be carefully packed in an insulated box with reusable ice packs designed to maintain your items in good condition for up to 48-72 hours. Please note, however, that frozen items may begin to thaw during transit.

In case if you have any product, delivery or post delivery complaints or grievances, please notify us within 10 days of having received the order. If your ordered products have arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from what was ordered, please email us at within 24 hours.
